Q6600 not compatible with AW9D-MAX?

Overclockers says it is (Quad core ready). This has been the cause of my reboots all along...

No quad core CPU's are listed as compatible, even with the latest BIOS revision.

Abit have it there, but in the actual processor compatibility for that board, no quads are listed.

Latest BIOS says updated for quad core up to a certain revision. I have the latest BIOS, and i have rebooting issues with the Q6600, that do not happen when a Dual Core is seated.

The compatibility is listed the the latest BIOS too (13).

Just rang abit UK tech support, they tell me Q6600 is not supported.

Tested with Abit's BIOS 15 with the PCI-e support molex plugged in. Still rebooting. THough the BIOS was much prettier.

I took it to OC'ers today. Tech support came back to me and said it wasn't compatible and exchanged it.
