B1 Microphone Help

Hey,

So I just got a B1, I am a total nooooob to this so anyway. How does the shockmount connect to a mic stand?

My mic stand just has the 'arm' and then a screw type thing at the end no clips or anything

I know the shockmount has a lil screw thing but it doesnt thing the one to the stand, however I dont think thats what it is for anyway

Thread adaptor, tell me more please

There is a screw on, but its too big for the actual shockmount screw area
