B450 steal legend help

My brother just got some new ram and CPUz shows the MCLH is at 1800mhz but FCLK is at 1000mhz

the board in use is a Asrock B450 steal legend,
We cant find the option to chance the infinity fabric clock.

Any idea what i can do

It should be in the OC Tweaker menu I think it's called, along with the RAM timings.
