B550M AORUS PRO USB problem

Bought a B550M AORUS PRO noticed right away my wireless Logitech k400 would go out of range at about 5 foot a little annoying as its a media pc mainly but didnt think much about it

Added a Bluetooth adapter for a control pad same issue

updated chipset,BIOS, windows 10 and been all over the settings can't resolve the issues

Any suggestions?

My next stop is sending the board back and having to rebuild my system ...gutted.

How did you update the bios?

Also where is the pc located?

Flash drive .....media centre PC is in livingroom

Just did some tests with a Bluetooth dongle and speaker.

Dongle in front of the case, speaker about 5 foot away and intermittently breaking up

Same test PC upstairs dongle front of the case.....can take the speaker into the other bedroom 20 foot away with drywall in the way and no issues.

My k400r keyboard don't use Bluetooth it uses a kind of Wi-Fi has same issue.


Gigabyte has told me to send it back to the retailer I have just bought MSI B550M Mortar....hopefully I will have better luck.
