B650M AORUS ELITE AX ICE and BIOS F41 USB Image Boot Problems

Anyone out there using a B650M AORUS ELITE AX ICE and BIOS F41, could you please confirm any USB boot issues?

I was on F39 and using an Acronis USB boot image for backups via Ventoy and I have had no issues with prior bios versions until I updated to F41 and now I cannot get it to boot, just a blank screen post the menu screen.
Including writing the ISO image directly to the USB stick, I have also tried changing many different BIOS options but nothing works. Once I downgraded to F39 everything is back to normal.

I have TPM and Secureboot disabled as default.

I forgot to mention one additional symptom, all my USB devices turn off at the time of the blank screen. Re-plugging them has no effect. While in this state pressing the case power button turns the system off instantly vs. the normal required holding for 5 seconds.
