Can someone tell me a list of all the incidents where a govt initiated bill has been rejected and where a sizeable minority of backbenchers have voted against the govt?

the first for the Blair govt was in 2005 with the detaining suspects for 90 days
I believe there was an education one aswell?

The education one narrowley got through by a handful of votes. The 90 days one passed as well with major consessions, such as the 90 days being kept at 30 or something which it is now.
