Just switched to 3 and it has been a nightmare.
21/3 they ported my number
22/3 my number no longer responding, my shiny new phone can't register on their network.
Spent the 22nd and 23rd on Web chat, just continually being lied to by support, they claim the port is working, they have no idea why my phone has a completely different number that doesn't work. They won't investigate for 72 hrs as the port could still be completing.
24/3 trying to ring them all day, no response

25/3 India goes into lock down and all support closes

Since then I have been trying twitter support, no reply to any messages

I've been without a working mobile since the 21/3, WhatsApp is still working on my old phone so Im using that, if I had to go out, my phone would be useless, no voice, no data.

Any long time 3 users know of any routes into their support that may not be publicised as this is driving me up the wall...

Executive.Office at three.co.uk might work but it depends if there's currently anyone on the other end.

When I had a problem I emailed David Dyson the CEO direct who immediately referred it to the Executive Office with a resolution deadline of 3 days. However when I look up his details now it says he's the former CEO (David.Dyson at three.co.uk) and I can't see who is replacement is. My google fu might be at fault though.

I assume you've removed the SIM, cleared the details from the settings, re-inserted the SIM and tried again?
