Bad Company 2 Password retreval?

My mate has bought his Dell XPS laptop over for a bit of BFBC2 fraggage, alas, on installing his game, he can't remember the password for his on-line account.

I've had a bit of a browse around the EA site but whilst I can mess about with my EA profiles etc quite easily, requesting a password for BFBC2 itself seems to be drawing a blank.

I'm hoping its the alcohol thats fuzzing my brain!

Can anybody help me - PLEASE!

As far as I'm aware, yes, but, goto the EA Site and it lets you alter the password, but, this is only for the site log in, it seems to have no effect with the game, and more to the point, there seems to be no option to retrieve and / or edit the game password.

its the same as his main ea account. log in via that or get the email mailed to you. i had this problem christmas day. so contacted ea via the live chat.

Thanks for the reply, we gave up in the end & had a few hours on Battlefield 2 instead!

I'll pass on the above link as it still won't log in.
