Bad DDR4 Speeds On Asrock Taichi x399

Hi guys ive been playing with settings and configurations on my asrock taichi x399 for 2 months and ive finally given in and asked for help. I have 32gb of hyperx 3200mhz 4x4gb 2 kits of 4x4=16gb and its running at 2400mhz i cant get it to post any higher ive tryed a single kit in both slot groups to no avail also used the amd ram calculator and them settings wouldnt post either. Is anyone running 32gbs of ddr4 quad channel on a asrock taichi x399 over 2400mhz and what kit are you using please. My kit was listed on the qvl for a single kit but even that wont run above 2400mhz

Try running just 4 sticks total, so 2 each side and try again (see manual for the correct slots to use) & report back

Hi thanks for the reply I did mention I have done that. I tested both kits in the slots marked group 1 and group 2. I couldn't get either kit to run higher than 2400mhz . In either channel set.
