Bad hotel experience - advice needed.

Absolutely

Fair enough that you guys feel that way....I would rather stick to my guns. If they did offer me something for nothing I would tell it's too little too late. If they really wanted to apologise they should offer a stay at a much better hotel in Liverpool, nice dinner in a restaurant, car to pick you up at the airport etc.

Would be interesting to hear how much they value their reputation as if its a budget hotel as some people are suggesting a free stay is worth very little, certainly not enough to make you forget the bad experience.

As I mentioned never waste your money with the company again and tell a few people here and there



On a different tangent it really bugs me when the maids enter your room in the mornings despite putting the do not disturb sign, some people must jump up and feel embarrassed and leave the room.

They walked in once when I was passed out, everything on show too. They left quite quickly - the noise of them opening my door woke me up but I was too hungover to string a sentence together
