You can buy garden incinerators from places like B&Q etc for about 25 quid.

I shred and burn my documents.

I'm heading to B&Q later, yeah. Why would you shred yours first if they're going to turn to ashes anyway? Or do you mean sometimes you shred and sometimes you burn?

Looked at all the websites for B&Q, Homebase, etc, and those incinerators are all around £40. Might just buy from ebay, they're £18 to £25 on there.

Never take a chance with throwing away documentation with your personal details on them, especially such a large volume of documentation.

Shread or burn.

I do both - shread into confetti, then burn if it's a lot/real sensitive info.

I do both. I have a large capacity shredder so I shred until it's full then empty it into the incinerator and burn it to save space in my bin. Really I only shred them first because it's a convience not having documents I'm gonna burn hanging around.
