Bank Account Error

Hi,

I put some money in the bank yesterday and it went through fine. I then checked my online banking this morning and it seems I've been paid what I put in Twice.

Are the bank entitled to take this straight out of my account without me knowing.

I am going to mention it anyway.....

They most certainly are.

If any money appears in your account by accident then they can take it back at any time, and there isn't any time limit on it as far as I'm aware.
