Bank Account, someone using my card ?

Hello,

Just checked my statment online and £13.66 plus another £1.50 had been taken from my account ! on the 25th Jan

Says "Twx*Aol Service" :confused:

think thats the campany thats taken the money.....

I just called my bank and they told me to contact AOL and explain. If they dont do anything call my bank back and they will try and sort it.

Anyone had anything like this before ?

Also carnt find a contact number for AOL, anyone got one ?

I just googled "Twx*Aol Service". I think the results speak for themselves. Get your bank to sort it

Very possibly. I was also a victim of fraud recently, it seems more common then you'd expect.

Ok just got of the phone to my bank.

Cancelled my card, new one sent out in 7 days.

They are looking into transaction, filled out a fraud form and someone will be intouch.

Hopefully should be sorted soon
