I was going to wait for the Linux port to see if Feral (the Linux devs) could salvage it, but that was cancelled yesterday, so clearly it was beyond help. At least I got it for free, i'd have been annoyed if i'd paid for it.

Did you play it recently? They've been releasing patches even up to a few weeks ago.
 
I got a refund for it from CDKeys about 2 weeks after release and was told that they'd contact WB to get it removed from my Steam library, fast forward to now. It's still in my library to play, not that I would after I did the story 100%. Good game though. I never really had any issues that I can remember, just thought I'd try my luck at a refund and got it :p
