Battery Grip for my D200 - would you buy this?

Found this on Ebay, includes batteries and even with the postage it's still cheaper than just the grip alone...

Anyone ever bought anything from Hong Kong? What's the likelihood of paying import duty?

Personally I would not buy from HK cos of import duty and also the warrenty is gona be usless and I don't trust it coming from abroad.

I've bought a few things from HK, and only been stung for the duty once.....

Have you tried Kerso for the grip? I'm going down to Fife to pick up my new Nikon D80 body from him on Wednesday next week, brand spankers, at only £520....

He's not hard to find, as I'm sure you know of him......

Some of the hong kong suppliers will pay import tax if you are hit with it.

Both myself and my mate here at uni have bought items from HKSupplies. cant say i have a bad word to say about them. Up to you really.

Funny you should say that. No import duties, and they got his lens to him (70-300 SIGMA APO) in three days.

Now i cant say this will happn to you. you might well get stung by import duties, but that is not their fault. they mark as gift, then its out of their control.
