battery

ok i ordering a new phone and when i get it i wana charge it properly or i have low battery life. so... i understand that i should charge it a long time lets say 10hrs (will look into manual when i actuall do it), but before i do so mobiles come with some charge in it. so do i drain all the battery then start charging for my very first time or do i just charge?

It will have a Lithium Ion Battery so you can just charge it. I normally get the new device, install the battery and charge it, I usually leave it overnight so it is ready for the morning.

Just as a note - it is older batteries that need draining and re-charging, they had what is called the memory effect, this doesn't affect newer Lion batteries http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_effect

Yup, just charge it untill it's full. Not need to charge over that.

You should NOT run them 100% down.
