Battle for middle earth 2 trouble

ok so installed BFME2 and when i press "Play" it shows this screen-->

And then this one-->

And i have no idea why, my Direct X is all up to date, latest drivers im just really confused as this is my fave game, any help would be appreciated.

iv had the same thing but i just messed around with it till it worked or try
