There was a thread about BFME2 a while back regarding getting it working under Windows 7. Never managed it here

Works fine for me on a fresh install under windows 7. Although there were some posts on other forums about errors if you have a high res which is doesnt like. Either way my main problem at the moment is trying to get custom maps to show up ingame! It doesnt work on my install at all.
