DX12 has been working fine for me up until this patch, now it's pretty much unplayable because of the low fps.

It does nothing anyway, besides render in dx12 mode which adds nothing except somewhat lower fps.

My system is now running buttery smooth thanks to this patch. FPS way higher with no dips.

I can confirm that for me at least (3570k & 970) DX12 is a complete mess compared to DX11.
