Yes I have: XFI Xtreme Gamer sound card >>> Yamaha 3063 AV Reciever using SPDIF >> 5.1 Yamaha speakers.

Ive set the XFI to decode dolby digital, speakers set to 5.1 and disabled cms3d, doing this and I get 5.1. You need to turn off that stereo effects option in the sound menu of BF3. Whats your sound setup?

i managed to activate game...battle log seems to be working. but when I try and join any servers...i get to loading level then after I get message 'you have been kicked by admin'

Any ideas?

Do you have to use the VPN server while playing...or just to activate the game?
I can play single player no problem.

Arggggg i just purchesed battlefield 3 from greenman, i entered all my card details and clicked complete but nothing happened for around 5 minutes i then got an error message "saying gateway timed out" i have just checked my credit card online to see that there is a pending £30.58 transcation on my account!

I hope they respond to ticket requests kinda sharpish

Could be wrong but dont think they'll bother wiping stats, seems like too much work when they could be giving high fives and counting cash.

Just to activate it, once your seeing battlelog you won't need vpn anymore. Quit origin/battleog, disconnect from vpn and open origin again.

Ive just been playing Conquest large, really enjoying the maps so far. Besides the numbers, whats the difference between conquest large / normal conquest ? Are there less flags to capture or is it purely less players ? In BF2 I know the map size got smaller with less flags.

It would take around 5mins for them to wipe stats...
