Exact same thing happened to me and another guy here, I posted here as well about it:

Personally for me their service/help is terrible, take forever to get back to you, only reason I got their attention was cause I spammed their forum stating the problem and the second thread about sending the email away got deleted, bad for their image :rolleyes:

im gona cry...done this. Always gets to loading level then it boots out back to server brouser in battle log:(
 
WTF was with that Jet Mission? I dunno if theres some kind of triple screen bug but i got zero prompts or keys to hit for anything. Being told to check this and that, change to themal optics, never got told how to do any of it, just random keyboard mashing. :confused:

Cheers for that mate, i guess i'll have to post in there forums and ring my credit card company and get them to cancel this transaction if they will.

What did they say to you in the end mate and did u get a code or refund?

try to use CCleaner and wipe out the entire cache in your system then restart rooter and restart PC then try again,

choose a UK, EU server.

There is no VPN trick, it is a proxy based authentification for validating the time of release, after the game has validated this, the proxy can be removed. Therefore no other files, tricks, VPNS have been used.

Thousands have done this I really would not worry to much!

No problem :)

Firstly I posted the ticket and an email to my bank stating what happened with a screenshot of history (shows confirmation 504 gateway error) and my bank balance/availability.

Didn't get any response till I posted it on their forum (not allowed) and then got some help a few mins later, the day after the request had been sent.

And an hour or so ago, I posted a new thread in their forums about the email being sent and got a response back in my thread a few min later saying that they have contacted the bank and it is up to them now, the money should return within at least 5 or 7 business working days if not ring your bank and tell them to file a chargeback on the first authorisation.

It isn't a transaction payment, it is an authorisation payment.


I ordered it again late last night as deific (no problems that time got the code straight away) said that the pre order bonus was going to end soon (which it didn't :p)

So just contact your bank now as well (it is only them really who can fix it) and tell them what happened, see if they can get it sorted for you without involving GMG.

Just bought this game via Origin. Now origin just happens to be offline and can`t download the game. Anyone else having this problem? First time buying a game on release, usually wait for pirate and if any good, will buy it.

ive turned windows firewall off...gpu drivers were the latest ones available for BF3...i only built PC last night and installed windows fresh this mroning with latest drivers. using NV 285.62's.

Going to try installing IE9...and see.

The same thing happened to me, did you check your email? The "Your order" mail should have the origin code in it as well.
