I had this issue, and downclocking my graphics card a little stopped it from happening. Possibly worth a try?

They need to get rid of spawning from map after the vehicle has been taken away from spawn, I'm always staying in my vehicle and waiting for auto-regen because I know the second I jump out some idiot is going to jump in completely and absolutely clueless to what he just did 
I jus think it's retarded to force people to change OS through games/DX support.

A massive highlight for me is having a good game, unlocking loads of attachments then the server crashing and losing everything. Cheers Dice.

I've recently gone from Win7 > Win8 (and now 8.1) and you can get it looking pretty much identical to Win7. It's not that bad actually. As long as you get away from Metro its pretty good.
Keep playing until you get the RPG-7V2, it actually does decent damage.
Played yesterday with some mates and I think I spent most of my time raging about the MBT LAW over skype.
Thing that annoyed me the most, is that no matter what angle you attack from, you still only do 21 damage.
Yep had a lot of this today.
I can't remember ever seeing a Valve game released like this...

Hmmm, looks like I am best to avoid this today since even more people are crashing now!
As for best weapon for engi. RPG! SRAW is good against helis though!
And best weapon to use with them (and probably every other class except medic) is a carbine i.e. ak5c or ace 52!

Right, BF4 has been re-installed and I've got a spare 20 minutes. Let's see what happens.

Struggling with Campaign,
Just started SHANGHAI and before you go to the hotel, you climb a ladder and then go down a ladder from the roof. I cant grip onto to the ladder to go down. I'm being a noob but how to you go down a ladder?? Tried pressing S. When I resume mission, I'm put straight outside the hotel and when I enter from the side door, I drop through the floor under the map. I can replay the mission which starts me off again but still cant get down that ladder to get onto the hotel concourse!!

tried a manual update of punkbuster ?

don't believe the server list, its stuffed up, shows spaces when there arn't any and shows servers full when theres space.
have you tried shutting down battlelog and restarting the mission your trying to do, i had a glitch on level 4 or 5 (in the prison) where the graphics disappeared as i came out the lift and as soon as i move i just fell down the lift shaft and died

That heli getting it made me chuckle along with the one i took out right at the start. That tank falling off the railway was funny landing upside down. Problem was i'd never been to that flag before so i trundled up and stopped and looked behind me to see if anything was coming. Turned back around and the flag was driving off into the distancedidnt realise it was on a train
haha that was an awesome shot you got!
That is probably my second favourite thing to do in this game (first being the love boat with the TV missiles
), shooting helis/jets down with a tank shell/RPG 
Have you got the sabot shell yet? It is stupidly good for pulling of aircraft shots although I am going to go back to the HE shell due to the extra damage.
haha yeah, I like how that flag point works (shame the map is pretty damn terrible though....), you can also capture it from underneath the railway, also there is a remote controlled explosive device near one of the antennas which you can use to detonate a massive explosion on the train/railway so will kill anyone near it, bit like the cruise missile that commander gets.
Safe to say that the game really is ******. Out of 5 attempts (all different servers), I failed to get into an actual game. Three different reasons were given for my crashes.

I just cant get over the fact stats are still being lost into thin air - just like Battlefield 3.
That to me is the most maddening fault of Battlefield and the fact we have to put up with Battle log.
