Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam for £6.39

Having ordered with them links,and now logged back in with order number it is now saying no past orders.
Trying to contact Ea support and it wont even let you pick a platform so can not send genral question.anyone else having this problem.
 
Nope, both my crysis and Vietnam orders processed and showing the discount etc. You should have an email comfirmation with all the details.

Trying contacting them through the US site customer service and you can use their livechat thing, whitch i used in the passed for all my ea problems.
 
Thanks, I've requested a refund. No point going ahead with the purchase if there is a chance it won't work.

Yeah i get this to, I have confirmation email and it shows up in my purchase history on the EA store but nothing at all on download manager etc. Did i read somewhere that people have actually pre-loaded this? :confused:

hmmm. It doesn't even appear in my account. Not under My games nor order & billing.
:(
 
I doubt it'll appear in your DLM until it's actually been released.

Both Crysis 2 and BC2 Vietnam appear in my order history, and I've received email order confirmations for both.
