BBC Real content download

OK, maybe I'm a being a bit of a n00b here, but I can't find a way to download a radio program (thursday's MacAulay and co) http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/mainframe.shtml?http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/scotland_promo.shtml
from the BBC website, Do I need special software? I can't find a link in the source code of the page either, please can someone help before they take them off the web site..

Play the radio program using RealPlayer (or whatever the BBC is using these days) and capture it using Audacity and the LAME MP3 encoder - works for me.

thanks that did the trick, it was only a 10 minute segment I wanted anyway, so it didn't take too long.
