BBC1 via Sky playing up...

Anyone with Sky/Sky+ can you check this for me... Is your BBC1 channel ok as ours keeps playing up. I suspect its to do with either the weather or a problem at Skys end. We are getting pauses, freezes etc

All our other channels are ok, I wanted to record Robin hood last night but it wasnt worth bothering

Well BBC1 is playing up rotten, all the other bbc channels like bbc3 and 4 are fine. Our old analogue bbc1 is fine

I just phoned a mate and his bbc1 on sky is kicking off aswell. if this is caused by weather how come the other channels arent playing up?
 
We've been getting a lot of little pauses on loads of channels the last week or so.

Uktv seems to be the worst culprit, I wish Sky would stop cramming as many ***** channels as possible on their service and have a decent signal quality instead.
 
Im kicking myself at the moment. Im so forgetfull at times lol
BBC1 is cloned so many times at the end of the sky channel list... and they are perfect too so it seems the westcountry feed is buggered.

I cant get over how I forgot about it
 
I used to have trouble with my Sky reception in bad weather, but it turned out my dish was a degree or two out. Had it realigned, and its been almost perfect ever since.

Signal went from 60% strength 30% quality, to 65% strength 90% quality when the dish was realigned :)
