Stick some tinfoil over a baking tray, lightly oil it, put the ribs on and bosh them in t'oven for 20 minutes.

just read the packet, if not a quick search on google will show you how to cook some ribs...

what do you means "whats with them"

you sound asthough its a new thing

ocuk has always had threads like this

anyway oven for 30 mins at 200 ish degrees

I've cooked rack of ribs a few time in the past and you have to slow bake them in the oven for about 3 hours at around 150 degrees C. Otherwise they're very tough and taste like poo.

you can cook them in 20mins, 3hrs is just a different way of cooking them.

Just need to keep it basted and covered up until the last 30 or so mins.

ahh these are already marinated you see....I dont have any extra baste...therefore Im assuming I can get away with cooking them for 30mins?

Of course you can meats, meat. As long as it's cooked through your fine. How long you cook it and how is down to personal preference and circumstances.

No idea gas mark, but 180 in fan assisted 190 in non fan assisted oven. Google for conversion to gas mark.

Just stick them in the oven for 25 mins and have done with it. I'm guessing you can't really wait three hours?

indeedy I cannot wait 3hrs , so 25mins sounds ideal by which time my mash potato will be done as well just need to figure out a gas mark?
