yes, it'll be plenty. i have a (slightly) more power hungry graphics card and processor than you and my bequiet has had no problem with it:

awesome if i was to add another 5850 and crossfire them both would that still be enough or just pushing it?

Ideally a good 650W with 4 pcie connectors.

In theory your PSU would be enough, I di run 2 in crossfire with my system in sig and this pulled 430w from the mains with Prime and 3d win mark running together.

but you would need to run of molex, a little more in reserve would be good.

the BeQuiet has 408 rated max on 12V. That's just too close for comfort.

but its still far too close for comfort. a good 650W PSU would be your best bet for crossfire

Yeah... Another source says 408, which I would be more inclined to trust.
