Beamer Drivers 'Rudest'

Yesterday a BMW 1 series got flashed out of a side turning and didn't bother to look the other way. Almost ploughed straight into the side of me, must have been inches in it.

Oh and it was another BMW that flashed to, incorrectly, let him out.

BMW drivers flash because they're notifying other drivers that their cars are better than the one being flashed, not to let them out at a junction.

Silly driver!

Does anyone else feel a wave of euphoria come over them when witnessing that rare occasion when a BMW driver demonstrates courtesy on the road? It's really quite gratifying.

You should see me drive then, you'd jump out of your car and start praying because the world must be coming to an end at the level of good courtesy I display :p

I just stay out of the fast lane where they all seem to reside, regardless of traffic levels.

I find Mercedes and BMW are equally awful when it comes to flashing and giving thank you gestures. They don't bother their arses at the effort you've made to help them out.

I also find it's always Mercedes and BMW drivers who drive up to a turn off and without a single signal, squeeze themselves into the tightest space between two cars. Often causing harsh breaking for everyone else.

In this instance the stereotype is right. Ludicrous.

Why dont people understand the right lane is for overtaking or turning right? i had some dopey woman driving at about 10% over the speed limit but not once did she move over! For 2 whole ducking miles. Exactly parallel to the driver in the other lane. It really, really ticked me off.

Sometimes I'm a ****, sometimes I'm nice.
Doesn't matter whether it's a BMW or a Volvo as it usually depends on my mood.

I think people carrier drives should be included in the list, also.

What is it without middle aged men/women absolutely ragging people carriers 100mph down the motorway?

"Baby on board" Oh the irony.

Since getting my BMW 320D a few months ago I do try to keep my driving to the standard expected by other (lesser) road users.

However, as it is an E92 M-Sport (therefore almost identical to an M3) I feel my need for 'pushing on' should be allowed as I am clearly in a superior vehicle compared to most. Particularly with my DRL's on just to make sure you know I'm behind.

Oh, it is also a company car. Oh yeah, I am also in the Sales game & thus my time is far more important to me than most.

What's the issue  Just get outta my way
