yes you need to return it to their free post address, you also need to return all microfilters and cables, i was also told to attach a letter with my details on it so they know whos account it belongs to.

PS it also needs to be returned with 30 days (?) of contract end date.
 
But why did you end your service? and i think it's stupid wanting a 4 year old router back... Where do you think it'll end up.

BTW I never returned my router back to them ;p
 
As someone who has recently done this and actually know what I am talking about
You have 2 options

Send it back within 30 days , when posting at post office get proof of postage
you will have to email it to them

OR

Keep the router and get charged money for it (think its 35 quid)

Your choice
 
I didn't return the router nor I was charged anything. They tried without luck. They didn't tell me about at the time when I was signing a contract.
