Another purchase may be a Intel based surface. Had a play on one at a dev conference a few months back, and they are slick!

I work at Phones4u head office. The phone contract and insurance are different contracts. If you cancel the phone contract you would also have to cancel the insurance separately.

I took out a contract at Phones4U back in 2004. They put the wrong house number down on the contract. When they noticed they re did the contract and I walked out with my new phone.
Wasn't until a few weeks later when the little old lady up the road put a phone bill through my letter box addressed to me at her address.
Turned out they hadn't cancelled the mistake and I effectively had 2 contracts. No idea how it passed the credit check at the wrong address though.
Never used Phones4U since.

I returned the phone under the cooling off period. The insurance people said that Phones4u should have dealt with the cancellation. Anyway, moot now
