I'm getting sick of hearing about how I should be making cutbacks to reduce my carbon footprint.

I plan to go on lots of long distance holidays.

I'm going to take baths when and how often I please.

I'm not going to turn off the tap when I brush my teeth.

I can't bothered to recycle.

I'm going to buy lots of foreign goods.

I dream of owning Range Rover, and one day hope to own one.

I want to enjoy my life, not spend it curbing my carbon footprint.

I'd be fascinated to know how old you are - almost every post you make is trolling! Do you really have nothing better to do?

How will you look your Grandchildren in the eye when you have destroyed there planet ?

I don't see MPs or the cabinet ditching their Jags or Beemers for Smart Cars, so why should I?

Wow you green rebel person you....whats sort of a waste of a thread is this?

Can you explain why you are so utterly against reducing your carbon output, rather than just making a list of things your not actually going to do?

That's fine.

But **** off when it gets too hot in summer and you moan about it, and how you want an air conditioning unit.

well i kind of agree, i personally haven't changed or plan to change how i live my life

Oh I have no problem with that way of thinking - that's down to each person what they choose to do. The fact is, he's created the thread to do nothing more than cause an argument - plus he makes the frankly stupid link that pollution = happiness :p

Do you want to do those things above for the sake of increasing co2 output, or do you do all those things anyway and expressing your dislike for being told to stop?

Thats pretty pathetic to be honest, there are many ways you can reduce your impact on the environment without going out of your way, but deliberatly being a dick about it and making out its big and clever to destroy and damage the planet as much as you can is pretty sad.

I have had plans to go travelling once I can afford it.

So, you're going out of your way to do the things they tell you not to?

You're the kind of person who doesn't mind their head aren't you?

Monkey see, monkey do......are you a monkey?

If people sit back and let it be then why should they change? The politicians are only there because we put them there (and don't go using the 'oh I didn't vote' excuse, because that is also why they are there and not say...the green party). We have a voice but are afraid to use it, what happened to the revolts of the olden days? Everybody has just wrongly accepted they can't make a difference when they can.
