I will look in the morning. This seems very odd. I have seen the post in the customer services section and will check up on the order. I know some orders that are over a year sometimes show printed in the warehouse even if the order has been shipped and received.

Like I said, I could be wrong but I don't remember receiving a cat5 cable. I ended up getting a cat6 cable from somewhere else before I moved out, but I dont remember a cat5e from belkin.
If I'm wrong, I'm sorry. If I'm right, however, want my £2.28 back.

I reckon you should wait in for the next few days and see if it arrives..
Seems my order was actually shipped, a member of staff has just checked it out for me. If anyone else has a order that hasn't shipped or one that hasn't being closed, just post in the shop forum.
Best thing to do, any customer services enquries, just post there I am usually there and many of my colleagues are too. We are all more than happy to help you out to the best we can.
