Have the Mercs ever been this dominant before? Only half distance and they are leagues ahead of 3rd place.

Its far more likely the other way around. That LH went to slow, that's what happened last time. Lh doesn't seem to be able to judge what speed he needs to do to hit the time.
Especially as no investigation.

Just makes a complete farce of sky trying to make it more exciting by suggesting ferrari are a threat. They really aren't, Mercedes are a force - I wonder how many records they will break this year. Shame it has come off the back of similar dominance by red bull.

We've had a couple of the faster cars today go out(Lotus/RBR), Vettel started quite a ways back and the Merc's haven't pitted a second time yet so the gap is bigger than it really is as so many people ducked into the pits under the VSC.
