Hi thanks for reading this. Recntly i bought a single Belkin powerline and becuase i didnt do my research i didnt realise you needed them in pairs 
, so i bought another (both great service from OC) and i set them up in the usual way "plug and play", (I also own a pair of advent ethernet adapter £35 from PC world which are great), I plug in the Belkins and it takes ages for them to establish a connection sometimes I have to take them out and plug them back in, and during some internet games they loose connection and now they just wont connect at all, I know its not my cables becasue it worked fine with the Advents so im asking if i can still claim a refund from OC becasue i have had them for less than a week.
