Ok so I bought i wireless G router and PCI card last year without checking here first....
I've got to be honest, setup was a breeze and connection was always rock solid.
That was, until, we got our 10 meg upgrade from Blueyonder. Since then my connection has to be disabled and enabled and the system rebooted too sometimes to get online and the PC with the card has the s l o w e s t connection ever-it's like going back to 56k!
Can anyone offer any ideas, apart from throwing it thru a window?

which router is it? some overheat under encryption and this over time can cause more permanent damage. Alternatively someone might have intrduced some interference.

Firstly sorry for not replying sooner-a family bereavement has had me out of town for days.
I thought I had encryption on, turns out I didnt. The router is a Belkin FSD7230-4 wireless G.
