Benefits cheats - do you know any?

Yes I do. Your thread inspired me to report them using the online report tool. There is no excuse for lying to get benefits for which you are not entitled and then bragging about what "stuff" you have to all and sundry. Hope they get a custodial too /smugface.

You don't even know the guy I'm talking about, how can you judge!
I bet you don't, either. In either case, how am I judging? I'm asking you not to judge based on something you yourself confessed you know nothing about. That's not judging somebody, that's responding to a post they made on a forum. And for the record, "it's my opinion" is not a defense or a rebuttal, it's just a statement of a fact we'd already derived.
Do you think nobody uses depression as excuse for long term benefit fraud?
There's probably somebody out there, sure.
Sorry for the Daily Fail article but there are many many more examples

Kittenblocked, so can't read it, thankfully.

Last time I looked somebody was starting one of those government e-petitions to make it an offence to maliciously report a benefit cheat as there had been over a 100000 reports in which no action was taken or proof found; so I would hope in your case for future reference, you would get your facts right?
