I purchased the BenQ G2420HD monitor for the main use of photo editing but i've had nothing but trouble.
The first images I edited turned out far too dark despite looking spot on, although they were dark on my CRT. I purchased a Spyder3 Pro calibration unit and its helped a bit, although its completely thrown out my CRT colours as in XP you can only have one profile per gfx card and i am running both from a 7800GTX.
I've just edited 170+ images from a shoot, they look great on my monitor, printed one shot and it looks ok. However, just been to view them on the xbox 360 and the 42" LCD and the colours and contrast seem off.
Does anyone have any advice? Or links to some decent guides on setting it up so I can be confident with it?
