Best 850€ laptop of these 2?

Hi! Can you help me to choose which of the 2 Acer's laptops is better? I need a laptop only for youtube, programming in visual studio or matlab and sometimes/rarely play Warzone or Battlefield.

Acer 1:

• AMD Ryzen™ 5 5500U Hexa-core 2,10 GHz
• Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 IPS
• RAM: 8 GB, LPDDR4X
• GTX 1650 with 4 GB
• 4 cell battery, Maximum battery life = 14 hours and maximum power = 90 W

Acer 2:

• AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700U Octa-core 1,80 GHz
• Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 IPS 144 Hz
• RAM: 16 GB, DDR4 SDRAM
• RTX 3050 with 4 GB
• 3 cell battery, Maximum battery life = 10 hours and maximum power = 135 W

I would pay both 850 € because I have a student discount so I think that the Acer 2 is better for that price, but I am afraid that the rtx 3050 will consume a lot of battery even during normal operation, for example youtube, excel, matlab etc.. (of course during gaming I will always be connected to the AC charger).

What about the battery consumption?

The second one is a much better specced machine. Stronger CPU, more RAM, better GPU.

If you're mainly on AC that'd be the one I'd want. Without knowing the specific models it's hard to be definitive though.
