Indeed. The stock 1200mV on the Vega56/64 is WAY overkill. Even on only 1050mV, my Vega64 can run stably on 1632MHz on the core clock (can do 1600MHz stable on 1025mV as well).
Yeah at 1025 mV mine can be set to 1650 MHz, although in reality it rarely goes above 1600 MHz because I guess the card is intelligent enough to know that would require more voltage.
