Best Cheap ADSL ISP

I'm moving in a few weeks and can't get cable in my new house. I've only ever had cable broadband so I'm a little lost with ADSL providers. I'm trying to keep everything on a tight budget for now so I don't care about the best provider for gaming despite protests from my boyfriend. We're both with Orange and plan on getting Sky tv.

I'd like to get phone and internet for under £20 if possible. Any recommendations?

Plusnet ? Been using them for a while now with no problems, they even have an offer on at the moment for 6 months free broadband I think.

Sky are £7.50 a month for unlimited broadband and about £15 (sorry can't remember the exact price) for line rental, they do supply broadband free if you can live with a 2GB limit. That was the cheapest I could ever find.
