I'm after a pair of wifi USB adapters for 2 machines downstairs, I am going to move my WAG200G to the passage and wall mount it for optimum wifi signal upstairs and downstairs - this way I get a direct connection to the faceplate for lower noise and faster speeds as well as convenience of being all wireless with no mess around the home =]
I'd like to know if anyone can recommend a decent priced pair as I have found loads No competitor talk please! but there are so many it's hard to pick and know which is good/bad.
They are going on my 7yr old bros shuttle and my old man's desktop so don't need to be high performance wifi sticks but do need to be 54G and capable of WPA-PSK (TKIP I use) and be reliable.
They should be able to work seamlessly with WZC (all machines running xp sp2)
Will move to Wireless-N when the standard is finalised but for now 54G is working perfectly upstairs =)
Cheers

OK you do find new stuff as well so I take the point. I've never been a fan of USB dongles (avoid no name kit in general, it's not worth it). Linksys would be my first choice but tbh Netgear, DLink, Buffalo or Belkin shoud be fine as well.
