Best Free RAW viewing software?

As title ? Whats the best nowadays ? back in the day it was raw shooter essentials ? something liek that ? cant seem to find it now, unless I got the name of the software totally wrong! lol

Unfort im using vista 64bit, so no canon plug ins are available to make windows see the pics

, I just want to be able to look and view them quickly and easly, then if I need to edit them ill just use photoshop,

EDIT: Just found raw shooter essentials, but it doesnt seem to read my 400D's raw codec

Faststone Image Viewer?
Doesn't do RAW conversions but it's pretty quick for viewing only.

Had a look rpstewert, but my god its SLOW, takes 3 mins just to open one file, anything faster? :/

ASAIK Raw shooter was swallowed up by Adobe? and is now part of Lightroom. Just a bit of useless info
