Hi,

My second computer is my media centre and it has onboard graphic that only allow 1024x768 at best.

I want a gfx card that can use the best or native res from the VGA port. What do I need?

I only use it to surf the net and watch videos, no gaming performance needed.

Many thanks

i bought the yusmart 32incher lcd from ocuk, and its got a native rez of 1360x768 (same as 1366x768) i was powering it with a radeon 9800pro and it was running fine and even some games ran quite well at native rez but i swapped it out to a 7600gs to gain the hardware video processor and more power for games. can run stuff like just cause now at native rez of the screen. very impressive card, low power consumption, low heat output and clock quite well.

i got the xpertvision 7600gs agp which cost me £65inc vat. just need to shop around. its the ideal card to use on such a screen, very good features. iv posted a thread about the card and the yusmart tv here. do a search and you may even be able to use the driver i made for the yusmart lcd tv on your mirai tv to get 1360x768 working without having to use apps like powerstrip.
