im thinking about 2600pro 512mb and 3650 256mb :) what would u recommend? srry for my english

Hmm, I think the 8600GT might still be better at games than the HD3650, can't be sure though.

*Off topic: Daz, man, will you ever change your Alizee sig :P (heard her new album btw??).

Are there any advantages to the 3650? Noticed one version that has 512MB DDR2 (instead of 256MB GDDR3)... I take it that any came that would take advantage of the extra memory would be too slow on this GPU anyway?

I don't really listen to the music, I just watch the videos. :p

Ordered the ATI 3650, hopefully it will be a nice enough card. The reason for this upgrade is because my old motherboard went kaput, and I was lucky enough to be given a new one by a friend but it didn't have an AGP slot.

The games I mainly play tend to be old ones - Morrowind, KOTOR, Eve Online... what is the performance of these new cards like in games like this compared to say a old ATI 9700 Pro on AGP?

tbh with a 3650 you wouldnt go over 1280v1024, so you would only need 256MB ram on your card. and with DDR3 being a million times better and faster then the DDR2, thats the one to go for.
