Best HD video? GF2? NEX5? other?

The NEX5's video in standard or good lighting situations is pretty good, on the downside though poor lighting = awful footage..... I wish i had picked up on this within my 28 days of purchase because I would have took it back.

I think I'll keep the files PC-bound for the time being, assuming my HTPC has the grunt! Looks like a long tutorial, will be sure to read it properly if I have to

I see one shop now listing the hdc tm900 at £849, hs900 at £1029 and the sd900 at £769.

e: and the 3D lens is £249

e2: rang them up, due first week of Feb apparently. Price seems fair, so I'll preorder.

I've seen the tm900 for £829 and the sd900 for £729....no stock yet though. I'm still strugglng to justify anything above the sd600 for my needs though and that can be had for £400 now

I preordered the tm900 and 3d lens for the prices I gave immediately above your post, I trust the store I ordered from more than the cheaper place (if it's the same one you're referring to) as it's got a physical store.

If i had a 3d TV, I'd be tempted by the 3d lens. I'd be interest in how you get on with it....although i still don't feel I could justify it unfortunately. Although £800 for the TM900 which already has 32GB internal memory compared with £480 for the SD600 with a 32GB card......not bad at all.

When is it due? Is it feb/march?

Still believe it's first week of Feb. I don't even have a 3D TV, I'll give it a go on my brother's and see if it's worth a damn. I haven't been overly impressed with 3D games/bluray thus far.
