Best laptop for 300-400 budget?

A friend of mine is getting a laptop for the above budget. So far we only found the :
Lenovo V15 ADA 15.6" Laptop - Ryzen 3 2.6GHz CPU, 8GB RAM for £310. Is there any suggestions for better setups preferably closer to 300.
