Best Mobo for a E8400?

finally decided on my cpu which will be a E8400, just need some help on the mobo then im all set to order, Plan to overclock the cpu max budget of £150 for the mobo. Would prefer DDR3 if possible

Just curious but why would you prefer DDR3?
