Best monitor for movies and Xbox

What i the best and cheapest 24" monitor at the mo for movies, and playing on xbox?

These are the 2 main things it will be used for, other then just browsing.

Ideally looking for £170 max... (from ocuk or elsewhere).

I thought a PVA panel would be best but ive read they are not the best for gaming...but TN are not very good for movies...
