I'm currently with vodafone and i'm paying something like £35 for a pretty poor contract, but it's about to expire and i basically want to turn round to vodafone and (without taking another phone cos i'm happy with my existing one) wrangle a really cheap deal for minutes and txts for like £15 a month. Does anybody know of where i can get a decent deal from so i can give an example, like: "well 3 are offering me £15 a month for x and y"

tbh, if you're going to renew your contract and dont want a phone, you should be able to get a real good discount on line rental. they will happily keep you on as a customer for as less as possible. it all depends on how far you can persuade them and how willing the person on the other side is :)

They should discount something for a period of time i'd imagine...I'm with T-Mobile and was due an upgrade last month but as there is no phones i want just now, i was offered £15 discount from my Flext 35 (18 months) plan for 12 months if decide to renew.

I haven't taken them up on the offer but nice to know it's there :D

Flext 18 is a great contract. But if don't mind what provider you go with, I went into a shop and they offered me a k810 + 150 cash back on the 30 orange contract.

hmm.. they've offered me 500 anytime mins and 500 txts for £35 a month, but 1/2 price for 9 months, so £17.25 for 9 and then 35 for 3.. i dunno.. the terms would be perfect if it wasn't the last 3 months :/ £21.87 a month basically

just thought i'd let you guys know that after a long chat and various offers i asked for my pak code. they put me through to "disconnections" and offered me 500mins and 500texts for a flat £17.50 a month for 12 months, no strings - so i took it. i think this is a pretty good deal! :)
