Best OC ABit IP35-Pro or Asus Maximus II Formula?

Which on of these boards is regarded as the better overclocker?? I already have the Ip35 pro and a Q6600, and am thinking of either:

IP35 Pro with E8600
or
Max II Formula with Q6600

Just woundering if i would be able to get more out of the q6600 on the Maximus II formula than the Ip35 Pro possibly with lower volts??

Word of warning the E8600 does not work in the IP35-Pro.

The general consenus is that there will be no more BIOS upgrades for the IP35 Pro.

Anway, there's no real reason for opting for P35 when P45 has been out for a good 8 or 9 months, especially with an E0 chip.
